It has two double front pockets with flap closures which allow you to enter the inner portion of the pocket from the top horizontally

the sleeves and back yoke are made of a ribbed cotton and the side panels made from a lightweight plain weave cotton knit

The pants has a cropped length and is fully lined with the lining hanging lower than the outer layer of the pants

we decided to update the garment by adding chest and waist pockets  making it a four pocket work shirt and reengineering the shoulder seams to align with the seams of the chest pocket
