Grown in the mountains of southwestern China for thousands of years, Jiaogulan is a wild herb that has been consumed as a tea or in soups. You can brew Jiaogulan much as you would a green tea, pu erh or oolong. Measure 5 grams per 100ml brewing device (gaiwan or cha hai).
