Barrel Aged Gin the commodore Lily's Gin is a speciallySunshine Coast tangerines and farm honey give this barrel aged gin a bright, sweet citrus flavour with a very subtle Australian whisky flavour from aging in old whisky barrels. All natural ingredients and true to the London Dry process nothing is added after distillation other than water filtered rainwater. Bottled at 45%ABV this is best served on ice but it does make a fantastic old fashion.
