It has been passed down through the family of the original owner and has never been offered for sale

This is an unusual Puget Sound basket

I don't know how early they showed up on the plains

The surface shows years of wear and use

The geometric polychrome designs wrap around the entire outside of the bowl as well as a wide band on the inside of the bowl

1930's Small Woman's Concho Belt Polychrome It has been passed downThis is a charming old concho belt with a distinct rounded buckle, eight unique butterflies, and seven oval conchos. All of the silver pieces are artfully stamped. The buckle and the butterflies have stamped circles as distinct elements in their stamping. Forty or more years ago the original leather belt was replaced by a new subtly decorated leather belt. This is a really nice piece if one likes the look of the older Navajo silver. L. of belt 34";
