1970s Silk Chiffon Mollie Parnis Dress designer-james-galanos Shoulders: "A beautiful graphic print silk chiffon dress that has that perfect balance between a bit of glamor and day appropriate wear. I love the contrasting print between the top and skirt and how she used that same black print on to anchor the hem. A small ruffle sits on the neck and each sleeve for a pretty feminine touch. The original tie belt is present and it has been cut extra long so you can wrap it and draw in the waist. Really fabulous day piece!
