I decided to re-post this Hanae Mori dress so it gets the fresh eyes on it that it deserves

Extended curving pleats circle the waist to give it volume

The skirt is long and lean with an additional panel cut on the angle over the inner layer

His work was on par with French couture and the workmanship is fabulous
