The entire front is ruffled and what I love about this shirt is that the ruffles go up and around the collar

This allows the skirt to fall in a lean column when the wearer is standing still but to flare out dramatically at the slightest movement

The color is wonderful and the cut superb

Original tie belt is also in excellent condition
